Shane Gray
President
Shane, the founding member Shadowkast Corporation, discovered his passion for driving at an early age while working as a beverage route delivery driver. After nearly a decade of successfully managing a distribution center in Aurora, CO, Shane's thirst for more adventure led him to turn his dreams into reality in 2016 when he saved up enough money to buy Shadowkast's very first truck!
In 2017 and 2023, Shane faced unexpected heart attacks, but his determination to recover shines through each day. He finds joy in thrilling activities like riding dirt bikes, working on trucks, and lending a helping hand to others! His ambition is to propel the business forward, aiming to make Shadowkast a recognized name in the freight industry.
Kevin Hunholz
Dispatch
Kevin made an incredible impact on our team in no time at all! Although he was new to the driving world when he joined us, his hard work and dedication were evident from day one! He continuously raises the bar for service and safety, proving to be a valued employee since April 2019. Kevin started as a non-CDL driver, then became a CDL-A driver, and is now over our Dispatch... He has really come a long way with us!
Originally from Denver and now thriving in South Carolina, Kevin loves to embrace the great outdoors, work on his pickup truck, and ride dirt bikes!
Steven Abeyta
Driver Manager
Steven started with Shadowkast in March of 2022. He has proven to exhibit a work ethic of unmatched quality and is extremely efficient at what he does. He previously worked as a driver and a dispatcher at Staples for 4 years, and also has experience working for USPS as a rural carrier. In 2024 we decided Steven was ready to manage our ever-growing team and has gone above and beyond; ensuring all our drivers' needs are met.
Steven is married, with one little girl. They also have two Corgi's. They love to go on vacations together and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. He is also a Denver native!
Rod Freels
Driver
Rod has been a treasured member of our team since 2022. With a rich background in trucking and experience operating Class A trucks in his younger days, he has truly found his way back to his passion for the open road. Rod expertly manages most of our specialty and mountain deliveries, showcasing his incredible skills and dedication. His friendly and caring personality makes him a fantastic addition to our team!
Rod loves hunting, fishing, motorcycles and cars. He and his wife love traveling the country on their Harleys!
James Pfannenstiel
Class A Driver (Nights)
James has been an incredible driver with us since December 2023! With a wealth of experience in various warehouse environments and his own Hot-Shot business, he brings a fantastic skill set to the team. His customer-focused approach and upbeat attitude make us confident that James is destined for great things here! He bravely navigates our night drives to the Western Slope even tackling challenging driving conditions like a pro. When he's not on the road, you can find him cherishing time with his wife and sons or passionately working on his impressive collection of vehicles!
Orion Allen
Class A Driver
Orion joined the Shadowkast family in July 2024, right after completing his commercial driving school, and he has quickly become an invaluable asset to our team!
With his fantastic and strong focus on customer satisfaction, he truly embodies what it means to be a team player. Hailing from Castle Rock, Orion loves shooting, exploring the stock market, and is undoubtedly one of the healthiest individuals we know! We're thrilled to have him on board!
Austin Peacock
Class A Driver
We're thrilled to welcome Austin to the Shadowkast team! Since joining us in October 2024 for a special warehousing project, he's truly transformed our productivity. Now, we have put Austin through driving school, and he is a proud new CDL-A holder! His positive energy and can-do spirit fit right in with our team!
From Lone Tree, Austin is also a passionate member of several car clubs. He loves hitting the range and showcasing his stunning C7 Corvette at car shows!
Steven Caldera
Driver
Steven contributed to Shadowkast as a third-party driver for nearly a year before we had the privilege of bringing him on as a full-time team member in early 2025. His positive attitude and infectious smile significantly enhance the team's morale. He possesses a natural talent for trucking and consistently completes tasks efficiently and accurately.
In his leisure time, Steven can be found at the gym or spending quality time with his son, to whom he is an outstanding father!
Enrique Marban
Driver
Enrique joined the Shadowkast team in Spring 2025, and wow, has he made an impact! His ability to forge strong relationships with our customers is truly impressive, and he's already established fantastic connections with numerous clients in no time. With his infectious "can-do" attitude, he showcases his dedication and drive.
Outside of work, Enrique loves diving into all kinds of outdoor adventures, and he’s a passionate about car shows and racing!
Gabriel Escobar
Driver
Gabriel is another outstanding driver that we welcomed to our team in Spring 2025. He has valuable experience running his own delivery company, which specializes in office furniture. We knew he had what it took, and he has not proven us wrong. He is a warm-hearted person and fits very well with the rest of our team. He is no stranger to hard work or developing strong relationships.
Gabriel also enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities such as competitive airsoft, car shows and racing.
Chris Parmiter

We're absolutely ecstatic to welcome Chris as the newest driver on the Shadowkast! With an impressive 20 years at his previous company, Chris has shown his incredible dedication and work ethic. His nature and willingness to roll up his sleeves make him a fantastic addition to our crew!
